Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, it can be canceled from the order confirmation link or from your customer account.
If the item(s) are not to your liking, make sure to exchange it for a preferred style or return it for a refund.

If the order was paid online by card, the refund will be made automatically at the moment the order is canceled. The refund time is 100% controlled by the payment processor. The refund time may vary between 2 and 10 days.

Cum pot schimba un produs?
You need to request the order return online through the form on the website, and we will take care of the rest.
The return form must specify the product/size/color desired for exchange.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost displayed on the checkout page may vary depending on the address and delivery method.
Shipping is FREE provided that the total purchase amount exceeds 400 lei.

Care is the delivery policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that our team has received your order. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs applicable to the location where you want your order delivered via DHL will apply.
Cum pot solicita un retur?
Fill out the online return request, send the products to our warehouse, and after receiving and verifying them, we will process the refund.

In how much time do you deliver the order?
We know what it means to wait for the long-awaited order, and that's why we do everything we can to send your order as quickly as possible.
The average delivery time is 24 - 48 working hours, but there are also exceptions:
- Pre-order products: these products sometimes arrive faster, sometimes slower at our warehouse, but we always try to send the order as soon as possible
- Courier errors:
It doesn't happen often, but we wish it never happened.
Although we want you to receive your order within 24 hours, sometimes courier errors may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot control the situation here, but we are just a phone call away.
