Inotex Exchange and Return Guide

You have the right to return or exchange products within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. According to GEO 34/2014, the return cost is borne by you — you can use any courier service you wish. If you prefer us to organize the return (home pick-up or easybox code), 20 lei will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Mandatory conditions

To be accepted, products must be in their original condition (without signs of wear, stains, or washing), with intact labels, accompanied by all accessories, and appropriately packaged (in an additional bag or box) to be protected during transport. Personalized (embroidered) or custom-made products cannot be returned.

1. How to request a product exchange?

Only one exchange per order is accepted.

  1. Access the Request a return section and choose the new product you want.
  2. Package pick-up: Depending on the method chosen in the request, we will send a GLS courier to your home or you will receive a code for an easybox (Sameday).
  3. Processing: After verifying the received products, we will issue the new order.
  4. Cost: The shipping fee for the new product is 20 lei and is payable upon delivery.

2. How to request a Return (Refund)?

  1. Complete the online form in the Request a return section.
  2. Shipping: Choose one of the options:
    • On your own — send the package with any courier you wish, with the cost borne by you.
    • Organized by Inotex — home pick-up (GLS) or drop-off at a Sameday Locker (easybox); in this case, 20 lei will be deducted from the refunded amount.
    Note: Any package sent with cash on delivery will be refused.
  3. Return address: Inotex, Șoseaua Nicolina 189, 2nd floor, 700722, Iași (Tel: 0750 401 275).

What happens after you hand over the package?

  • Notification: We will notify you by email as soon as the products arrive at our warehouse.
  • Verification & Deadline: Within a maximum of 14 days from receipt, we will verify the products and process the refund.
  • Refund of money: for cash on delivery payments — via bank transfer to the IBAN account you specified in the form; for online payments — directly to the card initially used. If you chose Inotex to organize the return, 20 lei will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For manufacturing defects, please send photos to info@inotex.ro within 3 days of delivery.
